It has been reported that on the day of shooting the scene in the photo above, both Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho arrived and began to review their scripts right away. After quite a long time of rehearing for the scene, they began to film.
Even though the scene took 6 hours to complete, both Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye maintained their professional posture and stayed energetic.
