Wow! 200 episodes already!
SBS’ hit Sunday variety show “Running Man” has hit another huge landmark in its run. It aired its 200th episode today, June 15. The episode took place in Indonesia where there are many “Running Man” fans, and starred world-famous soccer player Park Ji Sung.
This week’s episode was a continuation of last week’s Park Ji Sung’s “Dream Cup in Indonesia” special. Last week showed the members training and this week, the cast and Park Ji Sung were in Indonesia competing in the “Dream Cup” charity match. The cheers were loud for the “Running Man” cast, especially for Lee Kwang Soo, the “Giraffe Prince of Asia.”
“Running Man” members and Park Ji Sung then experienced the wildlife safari in Indonesia, “facing off” with tigers, lions, monkeys and more. At the end of the episode, the members stood together to commemorate the 200th episode of “Running Man.”
Starting its broadcast in July 2010, “Running Man” has been running for four years. The members thanked the numerous guests that have appeared on the show, running, chasing, and hiding to make the show thrilling.
The cast said, “To the guests who have run with us from 200 episodes and the viewers who all this possible. We will continue to run and sweat like this always.”
Congrats, “Running Man,” and we hope for 200 more!
