Dam Yeo-wool (Suzy) suffered from being shot by Jo Gwan-woong (Lee Seong-jae) in the final episode of the MBC drama “Gu Family Book“.
Not showing any signs of getting better, Choi Kang-chi (Lee Seung-gi) prepared for an unbelievable goodbye. He couldn’t give up his love for her and asked her to marry him.
